UKGC
Since July 2025, we have held a United Kingdom Gambling Commission Gambling Software licence (Remote 067166-R-340918-001), which allows us to provide our platform to UKGC-licensed operators in the UK.
MGA
The Malta Gaming Authority granted us a Recognition Notice (License Nr. RN/329/2024) in June 2024, which allows us to partner with MGA-approved operators and suppliers.
Isle of Man GSC
In September 2024, we received an OGRA Software Supplier Licence from the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission to supply our products to other IoM-licensed partners.
Romania ONJN
We’ve been licensed by the Romanian National Gambling Office since September 2023, where our Class II licence (License Nr. L2234108Y001510) permits us to trade in Romania.
AGCO Ontario
We were issued a supplier license by AGCO Registration No.: GRSM1478934 in October 2025, which allows us to partner with licensed operators and suppliers in this jurisdiction.
Anjouan
We were issued one of iGaming’s most exciting new licences in September 2024 by Anjouan Gaming (License Nr. ALSI-102404008-FI3).
Sweden (Spelinspektionen)
We were granted a B2B supplier licence by Sweden’s Gambling Authority, Spelinspektionen, in February 2026 (License Nr. SGA license -26Si120.), allowing us to provide our platform to Swedish-licensed operators. This licence enables St8 to offer its next-generation aggregation technology within one of Europe’s most established regulated markets.
